The cold mode can be used to provide cryo-facials and provide toning treatments all throughout the body.

The slimming mode uses thermal shock therapy – the cycle of hot-cold-hot-will work to reduce inches and kill fat cells. The initial heating helps to bring some of the fat cells to the surface, then the deep cooling that happens crystalizes and kills fat cells, and the final heating helps to relax and stimulate the lymphatic system into ridding the body of those killed cells. You can sculpt the jawline, lift and tighten jowls, and slim and tone abdomen, and other areas all with one machine.

The built-in modes do automatically switch from hot-cold-hot, but the therapist has full control of the temperature. The IceSculpt can reach temperatures as high as 45 degrees Celsius and as low as -18 degrees Celsius.
